I called these guys a week later and they went through their records and provided me the tracking number I needed. This is above and beyond what they needed to do, considering I did not purchase anything from them. This type of service should be recognized. I will not hesitate to provide this place with my business if I ever do need to use a third party business for my shipping needs.
