  Stay away very unprofessional. We got a much higher rate than we should have based on our credit. Also the bank that bought our loan does not offer any on line services so we are stuck with paper statements. Everything took much longer than was promised and they were not on top of what we needed so everyday it was something new. My husband was deployed at the time which they knew so we had asked for a list up front before he left of everything they would need. We gave them everything that they requested but like I mentioned before every day it was some other little something they were missing. We used them because of the homes for hero's program but the amount we saved we are paying for with a higher interest rate. (Actually we are so unhappy with everything we are already refinancing. Even though it has been less than a year and we will have to pay closing costs again we will be saving money)

  Assured Financial Mortgage was helpful and guided us through the entire process. We were given a user name and login to view our loan status 24/7. We were referred to Mr. Turner through Homes For Heroes Program and saved not only the 1 % origination charged by most financial institutions, the lender fee of $ 745 was also waived our total savings was $3074, and that does not included the credit we received from our realtor which was 25% of his commission. Being first time home buyers, we would not recommend anyone else to guide you through the mortgage process!
