  If I could give a negative 100 stars I would. This horrible person does not deserve the one star required to post a review. I have never posted a negative review but I would be remiss if I didn't warn future customers to not go here. I dropped off a bracelet for a simple adjustment. It was perhaps a 30 minute simple procedure. I went back four times to finally salvage my bracelet. Not only was it not fixed, but he broke the bale at the clasp and did a shoddy repair of that. He also did an alteration to the bracelet that we had not discussed and was clearly unnecessary. His giant shepherd mix dogs never stopped barking beyond acceptable decibel levels and when one of then forcefully shoved his nose up my butt, I instinctively kicked back to get him off me. The owner went berserk and asked if the dog bit me, and I said that he forcefully shoved his nose up my butt. Then the owner threw me out of the shop and yelled "Don't ever darken my door again!" I am grateful that I had my bracelet in hand and had yet to pay. I gladly left. Now I have to have my bracelet repaired from the damage he did to it. Don't go here. The man is mentally unstable and certainly not a jeweler of any merit.

  Jewelsmithe is a great place to shop for amazing jewelry and to get repairs for amazing prices! The owner there is friendly, personable and works fast and always has a smile! I recommend this place for any and everyone close by!!
